
An institutional building designed for teaching and research, featuring flexible spaces distributed across multiple floors, including a reception, auditorium, workspaces, classrooms, and multi-purpose areas. It includes two vertical circulation cores and underground levels for vehicle and bicycle parking, as well as services. The structure is reinforced concrete with large spans and advanced construction solutions, complemented by facades that combine concrete, glass, wood, and aluminum. It incorporates integrated building automation for controlling systems, HVAC, and lighting, along with a new transformer station. The complex is completed with extensive green areas and outdoor spaces that enhance its collective and representative use.
