Rehabilitation of the old Valencia Pavilion that was built for the IV International Field Fair held in spring 1959. Expansion of the basement surface through structural reinforcements and rehabilitation of the original piles that support the building. Demolition of the old tile roof and replacement with a new one with the same characteristics, including a skylight to provide natural light to the interior of the building. Rehabilitation of the old tower. Restoration of original decorative elements such as the weather vane of the tower, decorative pinnacles that crown the corners of the roof, stone plinths on the façade, the building's main wooden doors and trellises on the balconies. Rehabilitation of the façade with acrylic mortar coating. Installation of a new elevator. New construction of the two main staircases of the building. Stairs made of iron structure and folded sheet metal, finished with industrial oak flooring. Main air conditioning, electricity and fire protection facility to serve the four pavilions, Valencia Pavilion, Exhibition Hall, Icona I and Icona II. Installation of a new telecommunications network connecting to the existing network. Iroko wood exterior carpentry installation. Security system installation.
