Rehabilitation

Comprehensive renovation of a 1931 building to create 25 residential units, featuring a complete redistribution of spaces and unit types, including duplexes and single-floor apartments. Three basements were added for parking and storage, while preserving the original structure in key elements such as the roof, protected facades, and central circulation core. The facilities were modernized with home automation and aerothermal systems, also incorporating common areas like a swimming pool, garden, and gym, thereby enhancing the overall comfort and efficiency.
