Restoration, Conservation, and Rehabilitation of the Chalet Social building and its surrounding development in Playa de Madrid, encompassing conditioning, targeted restructuring, and exterior works. Prior to the intervention, the building complex was in a significant state of disrepair. The intervention was planned as a sequential, phased development, aiming to ensure its recovery and return to service. The project envisions reactivating its original sporting use by incorporating complementary facilities such as changing rooms, restrooms, hospitality areas, spaces for cultural and social activities, and auxiliary maintenance and administration offices. The work was carried out with a focus on restoring the original 1932 design.
