On the ground floor, half of the double-height area where the reception is located was incorporated into the space, and a management office area was created on the mezzanine. The connection at the entrance between the ground floor and the mezzanine was restored. Updates to lighting, vertical finishes, and flooring. Replacement of the elevators. In the basement, finishes were modified and services were organized. The facade was cleaned, and deteriorated limestone pieces were replaced.
